When I was a teenager - I was a skater. At the time I had no idea how much I would learn from skating and how much it would influence who I am today.

I know that when I am feeling confident in what I bring to the table - that is when I am at my best. But that confidence has to come from within first - it can’t be reliant on other people.

That intention so pervades the way I interact socially that I often see it bleed into my professional relationships.
